Senior Developer into Tech Lead
An opportunity for an experienced senior developer with agency experience and the commitment to take on some of the top clients. You will be fluent it at least two of the following languages; PHP, Coldfusion, ASP.NET, Ruby, Python, but ultimately you will be language agnostic as your real skills lie in the concepts and ideas behind the syntax.
You will have a proven record of collaborative working with other developers and creatives, and be able to lead a team both in the context of a project and the longer-term technical strategy of the agency. You will be an innovator with a ‘can-do’ attitude but won’t lose sight of the fundamentals of website production.
As much as you understand advanced server-side programming you are also a front end magician with advanced skills in css and javascript.
