Partner Network Manager – Up to £96K
A unique and fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the world’s most exciting digital brands – as Partner Network Manager – becoming part of a world renowned ecommerce company prized for its innovative concepts and marketing campaigns. The role will sit within the Europe Internet Marketing team, which is in charge of the company’s online investments in order to promote each of the company’s local sites. This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.
The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will lead the presence of the company’s Partner Network (affiliate programme), including speaking opportunities at Affiliate industry events and conferences, and by participating in industry bodies such as the IAB in the UK and the BVDW in Germany. The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will also collect, define and prioritise the European Internet Marketing team’s requirements for enhancements to the Partner Network system and will communicate these requirements to and work with the Partner Network Product Team based in USA to get these enhancements developed.
The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will have a dramatic impact on the amount and the quality of the traffic driven to sellers, and will help the affiliate partners to distribute the company’s unique content across the web. The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will also have the opportunity to shape the Partner Network going forward, and to learn the “magic behind the machine” - the various tools, methods and thinking used to optimise one of the largest internet marketing programmes in the world.
The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will be an excellent communicator, able to clearly communicate the requirements of the Online Marketing team to the Product Team in the US. A confident and natural speaker, The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will be an eternal advocate for the Partner Network Programme, promoting its developments and aspirations at industry events, as well as communicating best practice and practical insights to agencies and partners alike. The Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will lead innovation going forward, with the objective of expanding the Partner Network beyond affiliate relationships.
The ideal Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will have at least eight years’ experience in either Ecommerce, internet marketing, communications, product management, consulting or strategic planning. With an understanding of technical elements, and possibly having managed a team of developers, the Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will be able to discuss high level issues with developer around the team’s requirements. With excellent client-facing skills and an analytical mind, the Partner Network Manager (EMEA) will be a knowledgeable and personable evangelist of the Partner Network.
