I am currently looking for a front end developer to theme a WordPress project that is being integrated with a Ruby On Rails CMS.
So Tech for this one is XHTML, CSS and JQuery. You will have to have themed a WordPress page before as well as a knowledge of how Ruby works and being able to integrate and grab data from the custom CMS.
