Digital Account Manager 35 – 40k
As an Account Director you are responsible for the day-to-day direction of one of our clients key digital accounts, ensuring that it is on track both in terms of delivery but also in terms of future planning. You understand the commercial realities of the business the client is in and spot opportunities to develop the agency’s role. Through strong client relationships you create an environment where the best work can flourish, ensuring clear and timely briefings from the client and the right resources from inside the agency. Your track re cord will show a you have successfully created supportive environment for their direct reports, trouble shooting when they are unable to resolve issues, coaching and mentoring teams. This role requires a good understanding financial procedures, clear and confidant communication skills – verbal and written, strong client management skills and a solid knowledge of the digital space.
