Design Planner / Account Director - London Design Agency - c.￡40k-￡60k
I’m working with a Central London Design Agency, who are looking for someone to come into a hybrid Account Direction / Design Planning role, working across a number of their key clients in the Financial Services, Transport and Healthcare sectors. You’ll be a main point of contact across a number of clients, helping to define a long term User Experience and Service Design plan for them, and then plan the delivery of these strategies with the in-house Design Consultants. The role will encompass Account Management & Direction, Strategy Planning, and Resource & Project Management.
Ideally, you will have come from a UX or Service Design background, bring a very good understanding of User Centred Design projects, and have plenty of experience dealing with clients first-hand to really understand their motivations, both for current projects and longer term strategies.
