We are recruiting at entry level! This is a unique opportunity for one bright graduate passionate about digital technology and the business around it, to join our creative, ux and technology team in London.

The position will suit a self-driven type who can work with a range of personalities and might be considering a sales role but wants more from an engagement and intellect point of view. The role progresses quickly into regular face to face and telephone meetings where you will be discussing online development languages, projects, commercials and level of experience with a range of front end, back end and mobile developers. Your long term plans in the role involve building respected relationships and a network that should stand you for years to come. Graduates with a naturally good way with people thrive in our approach as we have high expectations for the way we behave and do business. As technology is a constantly evolving area it is essential you are passionate about the subject and are keeping up to date with developments in the industry ie. new frameworks, requirements, technologies available. In 6 months having learnt from some very experienced and successful colleagues, you could be ready to take on your own clients and drive your earnings as well as learning curve steadily. From previous hires and personal experience recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding option for people who care deeply about their specialism and will work hard for clients and candidates. •     Knack for technology led conversations
•     Passion for digital and specifically tech, maybe you have built a basic site or learn code
•     Common sense
•     Self-initiated
•     Confident but sensitive, empathetic, mature
•     Know yourself and your interests, examples of being pro-active in work and life useful at interview
•     Ability to work with pace and urgency
•     Outstanding written English and administration (Mac or PC)
•     Quick learner and talented/natural solution finder or problem solver.
•     Recent undergraduate degree, and good A Level results
