DIGITAL GENERAL MANAGER
The right candidate will be in charge of managing the digital agency and corporate communications business of the Group. Key responsibilities include business developments, strategy planning, project management and leading the team to achieve business goals.
The Role:
Liaise with customers in Macau, Hong Kong and mainland China to develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation
Able to manage the company which providing matrix of digital services to clients, including online marketing, online consulting, web localization, application development and design consulting
Able to manage the communications team which providing branding, customized publishing, photography, modeling and marketing solutions services to clients
To manage sizable SEO, web design-development, social media and rebranding projects with excellent schedule and cost control skills
Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities and managing the sales process Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
Lead internal teams to ensure sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings
Essential Attributes:
8 years or above in digital agency/corporate communications industries in Macau or Hong Kong
Bachelors degree or above
Experience in prospecting in IT or sales & marketing industry
Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to manage the sales process
Advanced project management skills
Good communicator with the ability to problem solve reactively and proactively.
Good business verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese.
